With its dual-position turntable, the EasyRouter II enables simultaneous loading/unloading and routing. While one panel is being processed, the next can be prepared, delivering continuous workflow.

Routing is performed from above, ensuring accurate cuts and preserving the integrity of sensitive components on the board. Adaptable fixtures securely hold panels of varying shapes and sizes for consistently clean results.

Programmable servo motors drive the milling spindle for efficient, high-speed routing up to 60 mm/s while minimizing mechanical stress on the board.
Safety & Quality Monitoring
Features such as router bit breakage detection, tool life monitoring and an ionizer for static control help maintain reliable operation and reduce the risk of defects.
Rapid Programming & Teaching Tools
A camera-assisted teaching system (CATS) and compatibility with DXF or G-data file imports streamline setup for new PCB designs.

The EasyRouter II’s modular architecture allows it to be upgraded into the inline router. Evolving from an efficient offline system into a higher-throughput inline configuration as your production demands grow.
